GPC offers consultancy, masterclasses, guest talks, training, and research services to help individuals and organisations meet the challenges and experience the pleasures of working, managing and leading in global/intercultural contexts. Our consultants, speakers, trainers and researchers all have long track records of developing Global Fitness, including theory-building (e.g. rapport management), the development of effective tools and materials (e.g. Interaction Compass, Global Teamworking Profiler, GlobalPeople@Work e-course), and successful consultancy workshops. All the work is grounded in solid empirical research and draws especially on our own published work and internationally-renowned framework – e.g. see our latest book ‘Global Fitness for Global People: How to Manage and Leverage Cultural Diversity at Work’ which has been highly acclaimed. We are particularly known for our interdisciplinary approach (our backgrounds are in international business, psychology, intercultural communication and applied linguistics). This, combined with our many years of practical, pedagogical experience, enables us to bring multiple perspectives to all the services we offer.
