Overview

At Global Radiation Physics we provide medical physics services and radiological safety to radiation oncology centers. All of our services are provided directly by board certified medical physicists with extensive technical experience, highly trained and first-rate educational credentials. Here at GRP we understand that your business needs may change over time. Our medical physicists are flexible, and can work on-site or remotely on a full or part-time basis depending on your procedure volumes. Our physicists are well-trained on all major treatment technologies and have a rigorous understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards. We can work closely with your clinical team to enable safe and effective radiation oncology care for your patients. GRP performs all testing required by the AAPM (TG-142), AAPM TG-51 calibration and ACR for annual evaluation. GRP specializes in commissioning of Varian linear accelerators (EX, IX, Truebeam, Novalis) and Eclipse treatment planning systems as well as RapidArc® treatment delivery. Our team of physicists efficiently performs full data collection and commissions the systems quickly to enable RT and staff training and subsequent patient care on the new systems at the earliest. CT simulation is a vital part of the treatment planning process and it is crucial to assure that all systems involved in this process are working properly. We offer comprehensive annual surveys on CT simulators and we also can enhance your existing QA program by offering a complete analysis of your program. Our team of medical physicists can support all of your state and federally regulated safety needs including safety guidance for special procedures leading to a full proof radiation safety program.
