We represent a 21st Century Enterprise Talent Management Solution for Millennials, bridging the gap left by Gen X. Our team combines deep expertise in millennial gameplay design (working experience from Electronic Arts and Microsoft Games) together with machine learning PhDs building our talent data analytics. Over the last 5 years, 87% of millennials took on management roles, and by 2020, they will be 50% of the workforce.
