Overview

The Global Center for Development Law and Policy was created to provide an innovative forum for the constructive debate and exchange of emerging issues in development law and policy. In advancing its goal to influence policy makers and to provide the highest level of world class legal research, GCDLP will explore various topics in development law in the form of key publications, workshops, seminars, trainings and participation in conferences and related events, led by academic experts and practitioners in the field. Through academic dialogues and exchanges, GCDLP hopes to ensure a positive and open forum for debate and discussion of today's development law and policy issues. GCDLP's mission is to serve as a leading educational and research based resource organization for legal practitioners, policy makers, and interest groups from universities, various organizations and governments.
