We have delivered courses internationally for over 25 years in a range of business sectors within and outside of aviation where safety and performance are critical issues. Clients benefiting from our training include fire and emergency services, healthcare, energy, utilities, chemical, logistics, finance and the rail industry. GAT continuously monitors international Authority legislation and is proactive in incorporating all areas of current requirements, recommendations and impending changes ensuring immediate compliance for those operators utilising our services. Our Trainers are experienced specialists in their relevant fields, who comply with relevant rigorous Authority performance standards. GAT’s training programmes comply with the standards and requirements of relevant regulatory bodies worldwide, including: CAA, DfT, EASA, FAA and ICAO. One of the areas in which we specialise is in the teaching of Human Factors (HF). Based upon the concepts developed and proven in aviation GAT has developed error prevention training to provide the same benefits for businesses outside of the aerospace industry. This training examines the factors which affect an individual’s performance within the team in order to reduce adverse events caused by human error or incorrect practice, which could risk harm to an employee or the public and thereby cause financial loss to the company or damage to the customer relationship. Our programmes include: CRM, SMS, Human Factors, MHF, Hazard ID & Risk Management, WOCRM.
