Gippsland Broadband is a family owned and operated business that is based in Longwarry, nestled among the lush pastures of West Gippsland. Like our fellow Gippsland families and local businesses, we have good old-fashioned values. We lend a hand to our neighbours. And we give back to the community whenever we can. Gippsland Broadband was founded in 2016 by us – Simon and Ainsley. Our vision is to provide local businesses and families with top quality broadband solutions backed by a more personal approach than you’ll find anywhere else. On our little slice of Gippsland, we are raising our family, tending to horses, sheep and bees! Simon is a long time country boy and respected IT Architect, while Ainsley is an experienced sales and support professional who understands the ups and downs of small business first-hand. Our sales and customer support call centre operates right here in Gippsland. But Gippsland Broadband is much more than a call centre. Because we’re local, we meet face-to-face with our business clients to design solutions to meet their specific needs. And that’s just the beginning. Once you’re on board, we regularly monitor and analyse your usage to ensure our solution remains cost-effective and relevant to your business requirements. Month after month. Year after year.
