Ghana Association of Real Estate Brokers (GAREB) is a real estate association established with the goal of raising the profile of the real estate industry and establishing guidelines for the professional conduct of real estate agents/brokers nationally. GAREB was founded by five CEOs of top real estate companies in Ghana and a lawyer. Members are real estate brokers with tremendous experience and expertise in the real estate sector. The association provides guidance to brokers to ensure that they adhere to the association’s code of ethics and guidelines. Our purpose is to actively campaign to make the real estate industry user friendly to the public and protect the public interest in real estate brokerage transactions. GAREB hopes to encourage regulation in the real estate industry through consistent training, legal advice, counsel, workshops, seminars and networking opportunities. GAREB also provides many more benefits/incentives to the association’s members. Our mission is: To protect the public interest in real estate brokerage transactions. To ensure that certified personnel are competent and morally fit to act as real estate professionals. To act in accordance with governmental entities and other recognized affiliations. Effectively administer, monitor and improve the quality of the certification examination, CE program, and post certification program.
