About HealthNow HealthNow's mobile app allows patients to effortlessly book doctor's appointments. The user-interface is not only friendly for patients, but also for clinics. Clinics can modify availability and change appointment times on their end. Once an appointment is booked, confirmation emails are sent to patients. HealthNow automates notifications relieving clinic's workload of calling patients to remind them about upcoming appointments. Using GPS, once patient arrives at the clinic, they can self check-in via the HealthNow app. Our platform automatically rearranges the patient queue based on when patients check in. About our vision Scheduling appointments via phone calls typically costs $3 on average per booking. Appointment scheduling amounts to around 25% of a clinic's total operating costs. When clinics are faced with cancellations and rescheduling, this can result in higher costs and inefficiencies. Due to inefficiencies and high volume of bookings, 59% of patients in Canada can't get a same day or next day appointment. We believe that the future of healthcare should be digital. Just like online banking, we believe HealthNow will be a trusted source of data and help healthcare professionals give the tools to their patients to take control of their health online.
