Overview
About us: Geotomographie provides complete solutions for borehole and near-surface seismic surveys to geophysical, engineering and mining companies. We design seismic borehole sources and receivers and develop specifically tailored software. For our customers, we conduct seismic field surveys and the subsequent data processing, interpretation and reporting. Geotomographie was founded in 1999 in Germany, with the head office located in Neuwied and a manufacturing facility in Bad Salzdetfurth. We are a qualified team of geoscientists and technical experts with an excellent understanding of seismic borehole technology and integrate our field experiences into the design of the seismic equipment. Our close cooperation with partner companies, academic institutes, suppliers and distributors covers interdisciplinary projects and enables us to transfer this knowledge directly to you. Products (for sale & rental): - Borehole sources for P- and S-waves - Surface vibrator source - Borehole geophones - Hydrophone strings - Landstreamer - Borehole deviation tool Seismic Methods: - Tomography - Crosshole - Downhole - Refraction - MASW - Reflection Other Geophysical Methods: - Geomagnetic - Geoelectric - Gravimetry - Electromagnetic - Georadar Applications: - Geophysical site characterization (fault zones, disaggregation zones depth to bedrock) - Soild dynamic parameter investigation (site classification according to EC8 and DIN4149, Determination of elastic soil paarmeters) - Cavity detection (karst structures, weak zones, cavities, subsidence) - Mining risk assessment (sinkholes, settlements) - Deep Tomography (C02 monitoring, repositories, mining) - Dyke investigation (strength characterization, homogeneous areas) - Archaeoprospection (objects and structures, foundations and walls, depth of archaeological objects) - Natural resources (clay ecploration, gravel exploration)
