Overview

The Latin America Leadership Program (LALP) within Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business develops innovative non-degree executive education programs that aim to educate, connect, and inspire business, public, and social leaders to create impact networks with a positive multiplier effect across Latin America and the Caribbean in the pursuit of the university’s mission of teaching and service for the common good. LALP currently houses two annual flagship programs— the Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) and the Innovation and Leadership in Government (ILG)- that, together with its custom program offer designed for organizations across the region, its series of public dialogues, its publications, and its alumni networks help foster deeper links between Georgetown University and Latin America, promote responsible and transformative leadership, and develop impact networks that create a positive multiplier effect across the region.
