The Genos Group of companies provide zero carbon solutions to the agriculture, food and transport sectors. We are currently developing a number of bio refineries in Ireland. Through our subsidiary Genos Agri we manufacture zero carbon fertiliser (nutriCarbon) which uses waste digestate from our bio refinery and converts it into valuable fertiliser. The fertiliser is also used as a carbon sink as we capture through CCUS over 280,000 MTCO2e each year from our electricity generation engines and convert this into Calcium Carbonate/Lime (CaCO3) which not only is the perfect medium for capturing the CO2 but is essential for appropriate uptake of Nitrogen by plants. Another division of Genos, Genos Hydrogen manufactures and supplies hydrogen (as a service) whereby we offer those in the transport and agricultural sectors through hydrogen powered trucks and tractors. A further part of The Genos Group is our carbon business Genos Carbon which offers a full decarbonisation solution in both consultancy (carbon footprinting)
