Gemstone Property Management is a property management company that manages both commercial and residential living properties within a two hour radius of the Des Moines Metro. We have three main areas of focus, property management, project management, and property leasing. Property Management We manage apartment buildings, condominiums, multifamily housing, office complexes, HOAs, storefronts / restaurant buildings, executive home rentals, and relocation properties. We provide marketing services for your property, handle all tenant relations, keep the building maintained, take care of the accounting and provide updates about your property through our owner portal. Project Management Need someone to handle the coordination of your upcoming building project? Look no further than Gemstone. We will manage your project so that your personnel resources can stay dedicated where they are. We will meet with contractors, walk the building for inspections, and keep you in the loop as we progress with the project. Leasing Agent Services Your building isn't any good if it's empty. Our team helps you find and keep tenants through our leasing agent service. We want to ensure that your property is making you money and therefore do the legwork to attract new tenants, complete their interview process, do the financial background checks necessary and structure the lease agreement to something that you and the tenant find amenable.
