GasSearch Drilling Services Corporation (GDS) was founded in 2006 and is a subsidiary company of Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (COG). GDS is based in South Montrose, Pennsylvania and provides services including pad site development, impoundment construction, water hauling, trucking, light equipment rental and roustabout services in support of the natural gas industry. The company offers a competitive lineup of employee benefits, a courtesy quarterly safety bonus program, a mentor program to provide extended on the job training and so much more. GDS has grown from roughly 60 employees to over 200 current employees, consisting of over 95% locally based work force. With the abundant growth in employees, there has been four newly constructed buildings consisting of the Montrose Maintenance Facility which provides service and upkeep to our entire fleet, two dispatch facilities one located in Montrose and one in Lenox and our Home Office which is located in Dimock.
