GEECI is a small-volume semiconductor wafer and device production, characterization, and packaging facility; incubator; & GaN ecosystem enabler sanctioned by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, GOI, under the aegis of the Society for Innovation and Development, IISc. It is soon to be a section 8 company. GEECI will be served by a dedicated tool line for GaN HEMT device development that is being set up at the National Nanofabrication Centre (NNfC) at CeNSE (Centre for Nano Science and Engineering), IISc.
