PT. Gada Energi is owned by LAPI-ITB Foundation and Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). PT. Gada Energi was established on December 10, 2002 to participate as ITB's representation in activities to promoting energy consulting such as oil and gas (Coal Bed Methane and Shale Gas), geothermal, and energy management. PT. Gada Energi provides consulting services, investment, product research, training, education, planning and development of energy resources and energy utilization include : 1. Oil and Gas Consultancy, consisted of reserve evaluation, planning, and evaluation of the economic development field (POD and POFD), and field operations consultancy, including corrosion control and well services. 2. Energy Planning Consultancy, transmission network planning and distribution of natural gas, energy conservation, planning activities in the provision and distribution of fuel, energy planning for the center and the regions. 3. Software development related to oil and gas activities, include software deliverability gas, oil and gas economics, Gas Lift, Drilling, Reserves Calculation, PVT Analyses, and other related software. 4. Course of Oil & Gas, and Geothermal Energy Planning. 5. Energy Sector Investments such as investments Mini fuel refinery development in Musi Banyuasin; Research and development of chemical products for the oil and gas industry, include Scale Inhibitors, Corrosion Inhibitors, Biocide, H2S Scavenger, CO2 Scavenger.
