G1 Investment, LLC is a private money mortgage bank specializing in rental property financing. We use our industry knowledge to adequately educate and service our clients. One of our primary competitive advantages is our ability to secure lending capital that would be difficult for an individual to find. We are also the first Mortgage Revenue Sharing Network (MRSN) for business purpose mortgages. We share the origination fees collected on a mortgage transaction with anyone who shares our loan program information with others. Revenue Partners can earn up to 15% of the origination fee charged and collected on a funded loan transaction. We are a faith-based, family-owned, and operated financial institution dedicated to expanding financing opportunities to those who otherwise would have no access to responsible credit. We believe that consumer education and sound investment philosophies can be leveraged to increase the capital position of average Americans that are seeking a better way.
