Future Idea was founded by Mohammad Almheiri (MD), who has always been passionate about the real estate and construction industry. Our company provides a complete set of services, starting from designing (FIDS – Future Idea Design and Submission) to execution (FIBC – Future Idea Building Contracting), through MEP and HVAC works (FIME), fit-out and finishing works (FITS – Future Idea Technical Service) till real estate related services (FIRE – Future Idea Real Estate). What makes us different from other contractors, is that Future Idea Building Contracting is a turnkey contractor, which means we provide turnkey projects upon request, which means we can complete the full project from design, visualization, permissions, site erection, MEP works, fitting and final finishing until handing the key over. Our work doesn’t stop here. Upon completion, we provide aftersales services as well, which comprise real estate services (renting out or selling units) or regular maintenance and cleaning services (AC or pool maintenance, window cleaning, etc). Our goal is to maintain a long-term, healthy, and beneficial relationship with our Clients.
