The primary services offered by Functional Homes, Inc. are: (1) occupational therapy evaluation and medical justification of special needs; (2) full-service residential design of accessible homes, additions and redesigns of homes; (3) new construction, and renovation for handicap accessibility, including additions, accessible bathrooms, accessible kitchens, wheelchair ramps, stairway lifts, doorway widening; and (3) installation of durable medical equipment and products, such as grab bars, faucets and other bathroom fixtures, non-slip flooring, roll-in showers.
