Freelance Management consultants is a consultancy company formed in January 2018 under the companies act of 2017. We are currently operating in Lusaka, Zambia. We have been providing the following services since January 2018: Business management, support and compliance services • We help SMEs start, build and manage their business including all initial and subsequent regulatory and compliance requirements. • We help start-ups and SMEs put systems (controls) in place to help them with smooth running of the business. Recording of business transactions (accounting) and understanding the importance of financial reports including income statements, statement of financial position and cash flow statements. Preparation of finance manuals and policies • We help SMEs in their efficient management and use of company resources including human capital and other financial resources. Trade Advisory and Market Analysis • We help our clients analyse markets both local and international, before they can produce, sell or export their products. Advise on and help with the documents required for export or import purposes. Interpret and advise on trade concepts. Search for potential markets and favourable market conditions where they can sell their products HR Outsourcing and Recruitment services • HR Department and employee outsourcing, Recruitment services • HR Policies and Procedures Manual, disciplinary code – we familiarise ourselves with the labour laws and practices in our clients operating environment, and leveraging on our own experience of international best practice, we assist our clients in preparing policies and procedures that meet their requirements • We also conduct performance appraisals on behalf of our clients Payroll outsourcing services • We provide employees' payroll and management payroll services to companies and organizations operating in various sectors of the economy. Our work includes ensuring that employees and directors are fully compliant with laws.
