Overview

Since 1990, individuals representing a coalition of community and government agencies, businesses, corporations and other individuals have been meeting monthly to share information and resources on meeting the needs of seniors, their families and caregivers in the Frederick County community. Over the years, the ESPC has strived to increase awareness and provide education regarding the unique needs of seniors, their families and caregivers while at the same time providing those families with the needed resources and support.
