We want to help the unemployed to work, gain experience and earn whilst the over employed can easily give up some of their non-core tasks, focusing on their families, freetime, hobbies, health. By balancing the mismatch we make people happier, healthier and in the end more efficient too. We want to change how people think about work - career is not about working full-time for decades in the same place, but a collection of shorter and longer projects you carry out for various employers.
