"Forton MKA Invest" is a development company aiming to invest in Real Estate projects. 1. The first project of the company is development of 180 apartments and 11 villas in the most popular mountain resort in North Macedonia, Mavrovo, www.mavrovo2.mk Project will be realized in two phases, in a total period of 3 years. The total investment is ~12.5 Million EUR. Project is co-financed by (Turkish) Halk Bank. The start of the construction process is planed for June 2020 and to finish by September 2023. Project is over 80% sold by January 2023. 2. Ohrid Mall - Forton Invest has acquired Ohrid Mall as our most recent development project. The retail project is ~17.000 sq m consisting of ground and 1st level followed by over 300 parking units. The investment is estimated at ~14.5 Mil EUR and project opening is planned for Q2 2024 Y. The project is co-financed by Halk Bank.
