Army Community Service’s (ACS) Employment Readiness Program (ERP) provides career assistance and services to Veterans, Military Spouses, Soldiers in Transition, Military Dependents, DOD Civilians, Retirees, and Reservists. We offer a series of career development workshops and one-on-one appointments to support our clients during the job searching process. Located at Fort Drum, ERP offers numerous resources to help clients find employment opportunities in the local area as well as work-from-home positions. Our workshops include: • Creating an effective civilian resume • Navigating the federal employment process and applying for federal jobs • How to nail an interview • How to be successful in a career fair • Applying for civil service employment • How to Build Your Own Business • Creating a LinkedIn profile to increase your network
