Forrest Glover Design About Us Forrest found his way into interior design after coming from his home state of Alabama to study fashion design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Newly arrived in San Francisco, Forrest found a part time job at an interior design fabric store in the Design Center. With no prior experience,he taught himself how to sew pillows and window treatments for the store's clients. Forrest quickly realized that the world of interior design, finding high quality pieces, using sustainability practices and working directly with clients was his calling. Forrest's easy going, approachable manner creates space for a relationship with clients where he listens deeply to each person involved in the design process to ultimately know and create the spaces they want before they even know they had wanted it. Forrest is known for his progressive design style. Pushing the envelope while creating spaces that are simple but significant. Forrest also has a Sustainable Construction Degree from Sonoma State University. About the Workroom Forrest Glover Design offers high quality custom sewing to our clients and many interior designers through our drapery workroom. We make the process of custom sewing of draperies, pillows, bedskirts and more seamless for designers. We handle everything from measurements to fabrication and contract installation if needed.
