Formrite Inc. was established in 2011 by Joe Bonadeo. Joe is the grandson or Artil Arrighini, the founder of the Rocform System. Artil invented the forming system in the 1950’s along with establishing his business Rocform. The forming system was passed down from generation to generation over the past 65 years.
