We are the FoodTech community of Yzazmut 360 center at Ben Gurion University. The alternative protein accelerator program - המירוץלחלבון#. (Founded 2022) Our goal is to be a leading community promoting alternative protein in Israel - increasing consumption of sustainable, healthy and humane food. The FoodTech community will advance knowledge, research and employment in the field among the University's students and staff, as well as the general public.
