Overview

The Foundation aims to promote, coordinate, organise and support initiatives and events to carry forward the European dream of Antonio Megalizzi. Every action will be undertaken under the supervision of Antonio’s family to protect his memory and to make sure that every initiative is in line and promotes his values. The scope of the Foundation is to encourage education and to promote a culture of legality, the respect for the person, the peaceful coexistence, the rejection of all forms of violence and the principles of cooperation, solidarity and subsidiarity. In this perspective, the Foundation commits to: - foster the development of the critical thinking, public spirit and ethical sense in the community; - promote, organize, fund and carry out activities and initiatives in the field of training and education for each age group; - enhance, support and increase communication and information to strengthen a national and European collective identity.
