Folking Desi is best known for fusing Bhangra with other music genres and dance styles. With a subscriber base of 145K+ on YouTube and a viewership of 20M+ across social media, our aim is to make Bhangra bigger and better. Our team works on the community and commercial levels to teach, choreograph, and promote Bhangra both nationally and internationally — through workshops, events, music videos, films, and more. Folking Desi has not only shared the stage but has also received critical acclaim from many talented artists and celebrities, such as Imtiaz Ali, Diljit Dosanjh, Farah Khan, and Huma Qureshi. The crew has also been bagging the trophy at Bhangra Arena — India’s biggest Bhangra competition, for three consecutive years.
