MISSION The FMLA Guy is a family owned company specializing in educating of and consulting to HR professionals and line managers from employers ranging in size from 50 to 5000 employees. Our goal is to become the largest provider of FMLA workshops for education and/or HRCI recertification credit in the United States. To do this, our aim is to provide the most concentrated, targeted, and valuable information possible in a blended learning environment and at a reasonable cost.
