Overview
The Flower Data solution for 3CX allows you to quickly and easily visualize in a few clicks all the key performance indicators of your 3CX telephony and to analyze them. Visualize key performance indicators such as number of calls, service rate, waiting time, call duration in a visual and interactive manner. Filter the data to push the analysis: analyze the call data by filtering on the elements of your 3CX configuration: queues, interactive voice response, agents or users or on temporal axis: period, day of the week, time in the day. Explore the data to understand how your system works and identify call scenarios that could be optimized. Exploration allows you to go down to the level of detail of the call.
