To meet this challenge, FlexibleIR provides playbooks which documents processes to solve this problem timely and decisively. These playbooks are customised as per the customer needs. We have a unique framework to build trust in these playbooks. We use simple tools like Trello , Slack and google sheets to bring in the transformation. No need to learn yet another tool.
