FLB Group become in 30 years the first mail order company specialized in equipment and accessories for Racing, Tuning, Vintage Cars and Cycle HISTORY : 1986-1995 • Founded in 1986 by a Rally pilot • Customers mainly end users pilots and mechanical sports lovers • A company composed of pilots. 1995-2011 • 1995, buying of GT2i by Francis Ramadier, followed by a strong development. (7 companies, 43 employees) • European development with structures and outlets in Spain and Belgium. • 1996, creation of “Eurotuning”, now “Performance Parts” (PPA), tuning and racing accessories dedicated to professionals. • 2005, FLB takes the head management and merges all activities. Until 2011 • Early 2011, FLB becomes FRENCH LOGISTICIAN & BUYERS Cie, bought by two group’s managing directors, Richard Thiery & Yves Maurel. • New segmentation of FLB group in two axes: Individual (GT2i) / Professional customers (Performance Parts). • Creation of a new company specialized in cycle accessories dedicated to professionals, Performance Parts Cycle (PPC). • Creation of new technological and marketing tools adapted to each target: pro access web, m-trade, social networks, web 3.0… ORGANISATION : - PURCHASING DEPARTMENT • 35.000 references • 300 suppliers • A powerful order management software (Dafi ) - ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT Managing all the FLB’ suppliers and customers accounting for 7 compagnies. - CAM / WEB MARKETING • 10 catalogs created per year (400 pages) • Studio photos • Creation and management of 6 e-trade sites and 4 web sites • Integrated Press relationship services - LOGISTICS / WAREHOUSE • 3000 m² of storage • 800.000 parts dispatched per day • 600 parcels dispatched per day • Gen code • Delivery within 48h
