Five Rivers Conservation Trust is a nonprofit member-supported organization that works with communities and landowners to protect the farms, trails, forests, wetlands, and fields that characterize our landscape today. Five Rivers is focused on conserving land in New Hampshire’s greater capital region, where the Merrimack, Contoocook, Blackwater, Warner and Soucook Rivers come together.
