Five & Fly aims to prevent veteran suicide in the five years following military separation by empowering veterans to find fulfillment in their civilian careers. We serve veterans and their civilian employers with intentionality, unconventionality, and longevity in mind. We’ve designed data-validated assessments, personalized training, and long-term accountability offerings for individuals and for businesses. By tackling this issue from both sides, Five & Fly aims to build a camaraderie that works together to make the transition from the military to a civilian career seamless.
