A generál kivitelezők szolgáltatásain túllépve mi a tervezői szándék és a megrendelői ízlés mély megértésével a stílusra, a mérnöki minőségre és a részletekre fókuszálunk. Az iroda kiépítési projektekben gyűjtött tapasztalatainkat is felhasználva az elmúlt években komplexebb, szerkezetépítést is magába foglaló generálkivitelezési munkákban (pl. Balance Loft, Balance Hall Irodaház) illetve saját beruházásban megvalósuló FERRUM Irodaház fejlesztésében terjeszthettük ki az általunk képviselt maximalizmust. /// Established in 2003 our company groups aims to deliver fit-out of modern office spaces for landlords and tenants, taking the building from the shell & core condition to the first day of effective office operation as soon as possible. On top of the services typically provided by a general contractor, our focus is on style, technical quality and the details of the fit-out. This is achieved through gaining a solid understanding of the designers’ intention as well as the clients’ requirements. Having gained relevant experience in office fit-out business, in recent years, we extended our scope to more complex general construction projects, including structural works (for example: Balance Loft, Balance Hall Office Center) and our new own real estate development, FERRUM Office Center. In these projects, our principle remains perfectionism.
