At Fincastle we tackle our Clients' toughest change engagements, from managing the post merger integration of two multi-national telco operators through to advising the government on the country's wifi and Mobile strategies. Our core focus is on technology, telecommunications and transport, usually where a Client needs to deliver rapid transformational change. However we have successfully supported Clients outside of these areas on many occasions. Our only criteria are that we can add value to the Client's business, and to their customers. We are a pragmatic, honest, and delivery-focused consultancy, and we are challenging the traditional consulting model.
