Fielding Robinson is a Sydney-based law firm specialising in building and construction law. Our clients include leading principals (public and private), contractors (at all levels), suppliers and various consultants in the Australian construction industry. Established in 2016 by Mal Fielding and Alex Robinson, our firm and its two directors have been consistently recognised by Doyles Guide and Best Lawyers as leaders in Australia and New South Wales for their expertise in front and back end construction law (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020). Key to this success has been our desire to foster long-term relationships with our clients and develop a thorough understanding of their businesses and goals. Many of our clients have been with our firm since its inception, and prior to that, were clients of Mal and Alex during their tenures as senior partners at some of Australia’s largest law firms. Our firm has extensive experience in all areas of construction law and has advised and acted for clients on projects throughout Australia and internationally.
