Overview

To describe the organization in a nutshell, we work towards youth & adolescence development. As the name suggests, we aim to educate the youth via scouting, sports, and youth development programs; irrespective of any prior education that they may or may not have obtained or are obtaining in schools, colleges or any other educational institution. Our Youth Development programs prepare children to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood and achieve his or her full potential. Sports training are provided to maintain or improve their physical fitness and personality which in turn comes with enjoyment in participation. The development is promoted through activities and experiences that help youth develop at the social, ethical, emotional, physical and cognitive levels. Youth sport presents children with opportunities for fun, socialization, forming peer relationships and physical fitness. As the youth in India contribute to about 65% of India’s total population, we focus on training the youth to deal with any condition contributing to a better India. We all are aware that the elementary purpose of any school is to teach students to become both, independent and interdependent while in the pursuit of academic excellence. Schools alone can’t teach children skills such as resilience and commonsense. Scouting is all about building confidence and self-esteem, learning important life skills and leadership skills, team building, outdoor adventure, education, and fun! FISSE aims to produce better version of the people getting trained in the program. We give you the opportunity to a. step out of your comfort zone. b. conquer your fears and try new things. c. careers and develop life-long skills d. be productive and creative. e. build social skills and develop teamwork. f. enhance your physical, mental and spiritual growth. g. increase your employability quotient.
