“Fast People” was founded in 1994 as a division of one of the largest marketing and management consultancy in Latvia in mid nineties. Since then, Fast People has developed into a separate HR company offering clients wide range of solutions in the area of staff recruitment, selection and training, personnel evaluation as well as conducting employees’ job satisfaction surveys. There are both large international organizations and smaller local companies among our satisfied customers. Since Fast People primary business is personnel search and evaluation, we are able to do both complex executive search (or headhunting) and recruitment projects. During the years we were building our team of HR professionals. Today we are proud of our senior consultants who have psychologist education and experience in conducting Executive Search projects. We also have a group of educated HR consultants engaged in recruitment projects of high to middle level professionals.
