FARE srl is an innovation social start up designed and created to facilitate inclusion of people with disability in the work world. FARE works within Profit and non profit companies to improve relationship and partnership currently an important need in the European work community considering difficults and barriers in place in the work environment and mentality about workers with disability inclusion. Working on a professional path designed focusing on each person characteristics, focusing on His/her values, supported by University and Institutes of research developing inovative projects, FARE srl has the target to offer standard models to be implemented in the non profit companies, employing people with disability and profit companies willing to be inclusive. Professional path of these kind of workers will be developed to sustain their professional growth starting from protected working environment, to common working environment where they will be capable to work and interact with everyone.
