Faith Community Health is a nonprofit clinic dedicated to providing accessible and affordable healthcare services to individuals and families in Taney and Stone counties. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community by offering a range of medical, vision, dietetics, and mental health services, as well as prescription services* at income-based rates. Faith Community Health's FaithCare program provides low-cost healthcare services to employer-based groups, offering a cost-effective solution for businesses and their employees. We also offer walk-in appointments for those who need timely care, and our telemedicine services allow patients to receive medical care from the comfort of their own homes. At Faith Community Health, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare services, regardless of their income level or insurance status. We're committed to creating a welcoming and compassionate environment where our patients can receive the care they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. *Medications are provided by our partner, Neighbor's Pharmacy, located next door, and inside Faith Community Health.
