Located in the city of Sfax, Tunisia's second-largest urban center with half a million inhabitants, the Faculty of Economics and Management is attached to the University of Sfax (42,000 students and 20 institutions). It welcomes this academic year (2011-2012) 3808 students enrolled in the three cycles of university studies plus a cycle of targeted continuing education: -LMD: 2295 -Postgraduate: 1513 (662 Doctoral students - 57 Accounting revision - 794 Masters) -Continuing education: 200 Our students benefit from complete training, a varied study path and a knowledge base that is increasingly adapted to the needs of the job market. The teaching mission is ensured by a team of dynamic and motivated teachers (199) belonging to five departments (Economics, Management, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods, Accounting) to which a language laboratory is added. These departments focus their priority on the challenges facing young students and doctoral students (professional integration, getting in touch with the reality of the problems, support in teaching, etc.). The FSEG is committed to the LMD reform (Licence -Master - Doctorate) with varied courses designed in the greatest harmony, with diversified professional outlets. The faculty, a teaching but also a research environment, houses 12 units animated by a potential of teacher-researchers and teachers working in the promotion of theoretical and applied research both individual and collective covering a wide field of scientific knowledge and developing multiple exchanges in partnership with other national and foreign universities.
