EyeNetAqua Solutions Private Limited is a start-up company incubated at ICCW (International Centre for Clean Water) to develop and commercialize IoT-based sensing technologies for water quality monitoring. EyeNetAqua works with IIT Madras’ consortium on sensors to integrate as well as develop new technologies for water quality monitoring. EyeNetAqua has qualified the first round of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Grand Challenge organized by National Jal Jeevan Mission in partnership with Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY). As a part of this competition, company has developed a product as per NJJM specifications for the inline measurements of pH, TDS, Residual chlorine, Nitrate, Fluoride, pressure and water volume of flow.This product has been deployed at thirteen villages in Ambala district of Haryana as a part of ICT Grand Challenge 2020 organized by MeitY and NJJM. A continuous water quality monitoring data communicated by these units is available at Ejalshakti portal. The company is actively working towards the lab-to-field translation of low-cost portable devices for fluoride, free chlorine and arsenic in field conditions.
