Based in Barcelona (Spain) we are a dynamic group of people with a can-do attitude. We go to work every day to bring European well-established pharmaceuticals to emerging countries. To do so, we acquire established off-patent branded pharmaceuticals in Europe as a regulatory base to expand to developing economies. We specialise in the transfer of licenses (Marketing Authorizations or MAs) observing all the technical aspects to ensure efficient and successful transactions. After the acquisition, all our products continue being marketed in European countries and are manufactured and released based on European standards of quality. We hope to breathe new air into these medicines (some of them iconic brands) by investing in them and getting them closer to patients in Africa, Central America, South America, CIS, and South-East Asia where we count with a well-established network of local partners. Our investments together with the local expertise of our commercial partners ensure the long-term sustainability of the products.
