Mission Women at Work is for expat women from all backgrounds to have real conversations about the challenges of being a woman at work in Australia. We ask the often simple and embarrassing questions so you don’t have to, and provide answers to help women thrive, achieve success and be fulfilled in the workforce. Vision Founded by international expat women in Australia, Women at Work seeks to create a friendly and purposeful local to global online platform to help women understand social and work differences in their chosen career paths abroad. Purpose Women at Work supports all women and those who identify as female to understand how their skills enhance their international workplace. Our conversations will revolve around the four pillars of finance, health, networking and empowerment. We also address the United Nations annual International Women’s Day theme and how it relates to Australian, universal, and multigenerational issues for all working women.
