The tools of our mission will include: 1. Public Engagement: Engage in the public dialogue about business transformation as it relates to workforce and professional development. 2. Consulting: Provide consulting, start-up, management and administration of Cultivation projects for other organizations committed to sustainable growth and continuous learning and workforce development. 3. Program Administration: Partner with funding sources to administer professional development programs aimed at promoting Cultivation and improving workforce skills.
