Executive Search Connections [ESC] was founded in 1994. Formerly known as Ambulatory Care Connection, our focus was on supporting the healthcare industry. Our President, Phyllis Sanford, has over 20 years of working experience in the medical field and an additional 10 years of medical consulting. Phyllis now takes an administrative role in running ESC. A strategic decision was made to focus on manufacutring recruitment as this was where the new consultants experience and expertise had been obtained. We at ESC work hard to "break the mold" of the stereotypical recruiter. We refuse to waste our client's time by flooding them with the resumes of unqualified candidates. We not only want to find the best candidates possible for our client companies, we want to find the best possible companies for our candidates. It truly has to be "right" for both parties or it will simply never work.
