"evolute ventures" merges and expands the potential of existing agencies: - "exxilence" focused on transforming costs and investments into innovation, into competitive assets of corporates and SMEs. The services are: definition and setting of Innovation Governance, in terms of strategy and management; supporting and coaching in Business Model Innovation, Business Design, and Innovation by Design; facilitation of Corporate Startup Acceleration and Open Innovation programs. Additional services concern the Corporate Venture Capital and Fundraising areas. - "evolute" focused on supporting the development of startups and corporate startups, in particular by providing operational support in the creation of the artifacts required during the startup life cycle. Business, design, and technology are three fundamental skills integrated in order to provide the "right service" for startups, and not just different services performed in the right way. The services are: training, coaching, outsourcing of the executive process. "evolute" is able to provide support for the realization of all artifacts: pretotypes, MVPs and prototypes. - "exxi" focused on consulting, training, and research.
