Established in 2011 by Matthew Evans and Dirk Long, Evans Long is a privately owned property development company that focuses on developing quality commercial, medical and multi-residential facilities throughout Queensland. Matthew Evans has extensive experience as a qualified valuer and built a very successful Development department of the former iconic local company Evans Harch, where he ultimately held the position of Managing Director prior to forming Evans Long with Dirk. Dirk Long has a wealth of experience in commercial property and auctioneering. As Principal of LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane and Southside, Dirk managed significant growth and turnover for the company before joining Matthew to establish their successful development partnership.
