EuroPriSe stands for European Privacy Seal, a well-respected certification mechanism with more than 15 years of experience in the field of high-quality data protection certification. EuroPriSe started as a project funded by the EU Commission with the aim of introducing an EU data protection seal of approval. Today, EuroPriSe Cert GmbH, a private company located in Bonn / Germany, offers data protection certification internationally. EuroPriSe Cert focuses entirely on certifications in the field of data protection. We have thus developed a special expertise in this area. Our company is equipped with an interdisciplinary team of experienced technical and legal data protection certification specialists. In early October 2022, EuroPriSe Cert was the first private company in the EU with certification criteria approved by the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 42 GDPR.
